Budget Speech (Second Reading of the Appropriation Bill)

The Hon. (Dr.) Sarath Amunugama in his capacity as the Acting Minister of Finance and Planning presented the Budget for the Year 2010 to Parliament today. The 'Budget Speech' which started at 1400 Hrs. today went on till 1605 Hrs.
